Dental Insurance Information
We are happy to provide insurance claim submission for your dental care. We are a fee-for-service practice and are not contracted with your insurance provider but are more than happy to submit insurance forms on your behalf. Since we deal with dental insurances everyday, we understand first-hand that insurance plans can be a bit confusing to our patients. It is important to understand that on occasions your dental insurance may not cover certain dental treatments or may require you to see in-network providers. We are happy to look into your insurance benefits for you. If you have any questions, please contact our front office staff.
